Spacious and private 3-5 bedroom private pool homes and condominiums are located 7-9 miles from Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all major attractions. All properties are fully furnished and fully equipped offering kitchens with convenience appliances, dishwasher and microwave, full size washer and dryer, all linens and kitchenware. These vacation homes and condominiums are perfect for families, couples or business people traveling together. **Some of the pool homes offer heated pools, there is an additional charge for use of the heat of $25 per day, which is collected on site.** **This property requires a two night minimum stay.** **Homes and condos are NOT located in the same proximity.** **PLEASE NOTE for stays less than six nights there is a cleaning fee collected at the resort: A two bedroom condo is $50 plus 12% tax, a three bedroom condo is $55 plus 12% tax, a three bedroom home is $65 plus 12% tax, a three bedroom pool home is $65 plus 12% tax, a four bedroom pool home is $70 plus 12% tax, and a five bedroom pool home is $80 plus 12% tax.**
