During April 13-27, December 23-31, and January 1-5 there is a seven night minimum stay requirement.** This property charges housekeeping fees of $65 for two bedroom and three bedroom homes, $70 for four bedroom homes, $80 for five bedroom homes, $50 for two bedroom condos and $55 for three bedroom condos. Housekeeping fees are subject to a 12% tax and must be paid at check in. Pool heat is available from November until April. The charge for pool heat is $25 per day plus 12% tax.
