The surrounding areas of Hacienda Beach are each amazing in their own way. The diverse scenery and geographical accidents which make up this region give it a diversity which ranges from the warm Guadalquivir valley to the leafy mountains, not forgetting volcanic landscapes, such as the Tabernas desert or the white peaks of Sierra Nevada. The Costa del Sol is a large geographical arch which stretches from Nerja to the western coast of Cadiz. It groups together a wide range of tourist services, from marinas to sailing clubs to immaculate golf courses.

An endless amount of diverse restaurants, nightclubs, sporting facilities, as well as water and attraction parks can be found here. The traditional tourist infrastructure on the coast permits the practice of sporting activities, such as sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing or diving, in both the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
