On-site amenities include an outdoor whirlpool and heated swimming pool, meeting facilities, underground parking garage, concierge services and on- all shuttle service during ski season. **This property requires a two-night minimum stay for all stays between 10/25/02-12/21/02, 7/2/03-8/30/03 and 11/22/03-12/19/03; A three night minimum stay requirement for all stays between 3/28/03-4/13/03; A four-night minimum stay requirement for all stays between 12/22/02-12/26/02, 1/5/03-2/13/03 and 2/22/03-3-7-03; And a five-night minimum stay requirement for all stays between 2/14/03-2/21/03, 3/8/03-3/27/03 and 12/20/03-1/3/04. Sports teams and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed to occupy these privately owned units.**
