A seasonally heated pool, Jacuzzi, large deck for barbecues, full concierge service and complimentary seasonal beach service (summer only) are also featured at this resort. **This property requires a three-night minimum stay 3/12/03-6/27/03 and 7/05/03-12/31/03; and a four-night minimum stay 6/28/03-7/03/03.** **A $35 damage waiver will be collected at the resort.** **No RV's, trailers or motorhomes are allowed on site.** **Singles under 25 years are prohibited unless married or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
